Apex Ops is a brand of Ramar Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Apex Ops", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through apexopskit.com, our email list and our store, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you join our email list or download a free resource: your name (if you give it) and email address. Our email list is run by Kit (ConvertKit).
- When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and order details. Checkout is handled by Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
- When you write to us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: basic technical data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type, collected by our hosting provider and, if you agree where required, by analytics and advertising tools such as Meta Pixel and Google tags.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase, send receipts and download links, and provide support.
- To send emails you signed up for, including tips and product news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our ads.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (your purchase), with your consent (email list and non-essential cookies), for our legitimate interests (running and improving our business), and to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run Apex Ops: Payhip, Stripe and PayPal (checkout and payments), Kit (email), our website host, and Meta and Google (analytics and advertising, where you have agreed). Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to support@apexopskit.com.
Children
The Kit is a business product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
